STANDARD RESISTED SESSIONS run by Speed Technik:

• 50 minutes of Resisted sprint training with the 1080 Sprint.

• 10 resisted sprints between 0-80m, depending on level of resistance required.

• Access to your data after each sprint repetition and training session.

• Ability to adjust resistance as needed between repetitions.

DATA includes:

• Left and right symmetry.

• Power, speed, force applied over the length of each sprint.

• Time and distance to maximal speed of each sprint.

• Distance maximal speed sustained.


*Session may be shared with other athletes.


ONE on ONE RESISTED SESSIONS run by Speed Technik:

• 50 minutes of Resisted sprint training with the 1080 Sprint.

• Unlimited Sprints between 0-80m, depending on level of resistance required.

• Ability to adjust resistance as needed, between repetitions.

• Access to your data after each sprint repetition and training session.

*Exclusive use of technology and Speed Technik Coach during your session.

DATA includes:

• Distance maximal speed can be sustained.

Completion of a Speed Profiling Session is a Pre-requisite.

1080 Sprint Capabilities:

• Continuous resistance range: 1-15 kg

• Maximum resistance in both directions: < 30kg, during maximum 10s and < 45 kg during 3s

• Using a pulley max resistance can be doubled at half maximum speed

• Maximum speed 14 m/s

• Length of line 90m

• Recorded frequency of force, speed and power: 333 samples per second

• Tablet with touch screen interface or laptop
